Welcome!
Our group studies electrochemical reactions at solid-solid and solid–gas interfaces, with a particular focus on solid oxide and protonic ceramic cells, nanocatalysts, and model electrodes. We aim to understand fundamental reaction mechanisms and translate them into design principles for efficient energy-conversion materials and devices.
Openings
We are looking for motivated undergraduate researchers and graduate students interested in electrochemistry, energy materials, solid-state ionics, catalysis, and ceramic materials.
As a newly established research group, we offer opportunities to work closely with the principal investigator, take ownership of meaningful research projects, and contribute to shaping the research culture of the laboratory.
Prospective students are encouraged to contact Prof. Jinwook Kim with a brief introduction and their research interests.
